SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your item and email you a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically taking 2 to 7 working days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at justafrikdesigner@gmail.com.

For international customers, we use DHL Express for shipping. Please note that the delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or weather delays. Justafrik is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties charged by customs.

Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.

All returns must now be processed through our Return Center.

Before placing an order, please review our size chart carefully, as all sales are considered final. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds are limited to the cost of the item and will be issued as store credit only, within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items are non-refundable, and shipping fees are not included in refunds. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or with removed tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10-14 business days.

To qualify for a full refund, cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of placing your order, before the production phase begins. Once production starts, our team has already commenced preparation, cutting, and sewing.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email us at justafrikdesigner@gmail.comIf you contact us within 15 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement with a photo or video of the issue. We will provide a replacement if you contact us within 15 days of delivery.

All return requests must be submitted through our return form. Returned items will be inspected, and any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being denied.

Free Nigeria shipping on all orders 300k or more, international shipping $1,000 or more.


Note:

Please note that after Brexit, all orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges. This is unfortunately one of many sad realities of Brexit and completely out of our control.

Most shipments to the USA will not be liable for duties and taxes.

Shipments of goods that are valued at US$800 or less may be imported without the payment of duties and taxes. If your order is above this threshold, we advise that you split your order into two or more separate orders to avoid paying additional fees.

You are responsible for any U.S. duties, taxes and fees that may be due under U.S. law.

We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged within 15 days of delivery. Please review our SIZE CHART before placing your order.

If you are unsure about your size, email justafrikdesigner@gmail.com for assistance with a made-to-measure fit, and we will be happy to help you achieve the perfect fit. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at justafrikdesigner@gmail.com. Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will process the exchange.

Exchanges do not cover any shipping or handling charges listed on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipping. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges or returns for any made-to-measure pieces.
